What Is the best place to buy electronic cigarettes from in the united states?

There are so many electronic cigarettes and places to buy e cigarette from online, the prices seem to vary so much and I don’t know where to trust and which is best. I also would like to buy from the usa – from a seller here so I don’t pay more etc.

Chosen Answer:

No offense, but Totally Wicked is pretty expensive. I don’t care to spend more money to have some little cartoon devil guy on my e-cig. Branding just isn’t worth the extra $ IMHO.

Just compare some prices with litecigusa.net or goodprophets.com – BIG difference!

Do electronic cigarettes smell or smoke ?

My sister is planning to get them and I don’t want her to smoke indoors.

Do electronic cigarettes give off smoke or any odor ?

Chosen Answer:

It is NOT smoke, but misty vapor. I personally think they do have a slight smell, but it is NOTHING like actual cigs. Some of the flavors even have a very pleasant smell, since you are vaporizing a liquid that is mostly water with food flavoring (literally, a lot of the flavor mixes use candy flavoring like the stuff you put in hard candy), there isnt a nasty stinky smell.

I personally dont think there is a problem with using the ecig indoors minus the tendancy to smoke more that was already mentioned. The ecig does not contain the carcinogens and other chemicals in real cigs, they dont produce the yellow build up you see from real cigs.

Ultimately, smoking inside though comes down to who owns the house or the terms of the lease, and whatever compromise you can come up with.

Why does the FDA hate electronic cigarettes?

From what I understand, they are in every way an improvement to the conventional cigarette. Does the FDA want our nation’s 40 million smokers to just die with no suitable replacement for their addiction? I do disagree with marketing to non-smokers, but smokers should have easy access to such an improvement to the conventional cigarette.

I think it’s all about the money, and the FDA can make a lot of money if it becomes mandatory for electronic cigarettes to go through them.

Chosen Answer:

The FDA have been suppressing smokeless cigarettes since 1987 by over regulating them – http://vapersnetwork.org/NJOY%20v%20FDA

Their excuse is that nicotine is a medicine and should have to prove effective (at something), of certain quality and ‘safe’. The only recreational nicotine products permitted by them apparently is tobacco. Their system of regulation removes the competition from tobacco products and pretends that medical nicotine products are effective. Medical nicotine is well proven to be ineffective and that’s a lot to do with the regulatory process itself. If caffeine was regulated in the same way it wouldn’t be much fun either probably and folks would use the non-medical products even if they were harmful.

If traders sell a product with medical claims there is no question that they bring themselves under medical regulation. If products are sold for recreational use then authorities in the US don’t know who can enforce consumer law so they’re leaving the problem to the FDA who can only regulate as medicine or tobacco. There will be a court hearing later in the month that will determine if ecigs are medical devices or not.

My theory is that the FDA is not concerned with public health but is simply wrapped up in bureaucratic power play and empire building at the cost of common sense. If ecigs had been regulated in a way proportionate to their level of risk in 1987 there would probably be quite a few million healthier ‘smokers’ around now.

The anti-ecig campaigns by lobbyists and the FDA itself highlights the lack of concern for finding solutions to the old problems of tobacco that they thrive on.

Are electronic Cigarettes allowed to be used inside Penn State facilities?

Electronic cigarettes are widely becoming popular as a “safer” alternative to the conventional tobacco-based cigarette (a statement under current debate). The fact that e-cigarettes allegedly only produce water vapor leads to the believe that e-cigarettes can be smoked indoors without harming other people in the smoker’s vicinity.

Chosen Answer:

Problem is they haven’t become popular enough, just try it out and see what happens.

Are the Electronic cigarettes safe for my newborn to be around?

My brother is trying hard to help me out with my newborn. He just recently bought some Electronic cigarettes and we fought over the fact if he should smoke them while in the same room as my newborn. I just need to know if it is safe for him to do so and the facts to prove it.

Chosen Answer:

Well since there are no known components such as tar or other carcinogens like in tobacco, where would the harm come from? It’s basically water vapor being exhaled. Unless your baby generally has allergies or you want to set a good example in front of the child, then I would see the hesitation.
If it disturbs you to take chances, however slim, then I don’t see the big deal in compromise and refraining from vaporing around the baby. There’s probably no reason he cannot set aside a little of private time for his pleasures. GL!

The best top quality brands available according to word of mouth. I would not trust the quality of any ecig kit. Discounts offered on site for premium brands that offer 30 day money back guarantees. Terrific deals!

Can electronic cigarettes help me cut down on smoking?

I am thinking about trying electronic cigarettes in the hopes of cutting back. I like that I can just have a puff or two and not the whole cigarette. I would appreciate any feedback from people who have tried them. Thanks!

Chosen Answer:

Yes, they can and most probably help you quit down or smoking or simply quit totally. I quit totally from day one, even though I’ve been vaping ever since and not intending on quitting. An ecig is nothing like an analog, something most if not all the people who make the change don’t understand – and it’s quite natural, since one’s used to smoking and loves the taste of ciggies even though, of course, one has understood how much they can be harmful. Hence the changing idea. First, skip the ecigs that look like analogs: they sell you cartomizers with tastes that may you may (or may not) love at first but soon will make you sick and, who knows, go back to analogs. Most of them aren’t even cheap… I’m thinking, hmm, a fes brands, you do understand. Then there’s not a single eliquid that will ever taste like an analog, you just have to get used to the idea and find the liquids that you love, the ones that you like, the ones that you can put up with, the ones that you can’t. The devices available, the sources, the qualities and types (“tobacco” – note the brackets and non-tobacco) and brands, buying on the net, it’s something you really must face like a new hobby that definitely made you forget about smoking. And it’s too hard to explain in just a few lines. Listen, google ECF, one of the major ecigs forums in English, and you’ll get all the help you need there (keeping in mind that people do have opinions, of course). Soon enough, you’ll find your own “sweet spots” and the fixed idea of smoking will be long gone. Most of your cigarette-related health problems will be gone as well, even though there may be a time when you have to adjust your body simultaneously to quitting cigarettes and their about 5000 compounds and to something very new to you with possible temporary side-effects (or not). No worries and good luck!

EDIT: Pay no attention to the link Nancy Bee posted, no pun intended. She (and the guys who wrote that thing) have no idea what they’re talking about or even when they’re lying.

ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES?

i BOUGHT A G-4 BRAND OF ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE AND IM NOT REALLY LIKING IT TO WELL…
I WAS WONDERING IF ITS POSSIBLY TO BUY FILTERS THAT WOULD FIT ONTO THE BATTERY I HAVE NOW THAT IS A REAL MENTHOL FLAVOR AND NOT JUST THESE STUPID LITTLE DROPS IM SUPPOSE TO PUT IN IT

ALSO WHAT IS THE CHEAPEST (BEST) E-CIG YOU KNOW OF!
I PAID 29 FOR THIS G-4 AND 9.99 FOR THE LIQUID< PRETTY CHEAP BUT SUCKS!

Chosen Answer:

It’s highly possible you can buy more carts but buying liquid is actually more cost effective @ around for 10ml. I have no idea what model the G-4 is compatible with but you can pick up other e-cigs cheaper that are of good quality. Even a disposable 510 around 10-15 dollars. They’ll last awhile before they die off and I think their parts are interchangeable with the regular Joye 510 kits if you pick one of those up later.

Check out some forums for more info. Someone will know what you have and what is compatible with it I’m sure. Try vapersforum.com (VF) or e-cigarette-forum.com (ECF) you’ll get tons of info and can shop through some of their supporting vendors. ECF pretty much has a virtual mall of vendors. Plenty of prices and stuff to shop.
